On Sunday 5 June 2022, to mark the HIV Long Term Survivors Awareness Day, Living Positive Victoria and Thorne Harbour Health dialled in to chat with the HIV Long Term Survivors International Network. The conversation started in Melbourne, Australia, winding its way up the eastern coast through Lismore and traversed the Pacific Ocean with a stop-over in Malaysia as we continued all the way to United States of America. This is a compelling dialogue between HIV Long Termers. It’s raw. It’s honest. It’s personal and community. There’s even a smidgeon of politics. At times it’s serious and at other times we just have a good laugh. Above all, it’s an incredibly insightful view into the world of people living long term with HIV.
